 Diabetes Diet: Foods for Beating Diabetes


  • Put these Fruits at the core of your diet like Apple, Raspberries, Cranberries, Blueberries, Red Grapefruit.

  • Eat plenty of non - starchy vegetables, such as Broccoli, Spinach, Meat, and Green Beans to your Diet.
  • Take Healthy monounsaturated fat content like Avocados.
  • Eat more seafood including Fish.

  • Flavourful, Low-Calorie Drinks, Coffee, Black or Low-Fat Milk, Cold Tea with Leamon or a Cinnamon.

  • High-Fiber and Protein content: Nuts, Walnuts, Seeds, Oatmeal.

  • Fill up these Proteins such as Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Peanut Butter, and Lean Meats.
